If you disagree to these conditions of use, then you are prohibited from using the Lotus Particle System unless I say otherwise.

Who doesn't like stupid crap that nobody reads?

To summarize, you're allowed to use Lotus in any game, regardless of how you package and/or distribute it provided you are not selling Lotus stand-alone and it's not being added to another commercial or shareware system without my permission.

This is free and open-source software, folks. I'm sure you all understand that I'm being a good person and letting you use my work for free with minimal restrictions. It's not hard to follow these conditions of use, and I'm sure you're a good person too; but if you don't like them, then too bad- I was nice about the way people used Vein, they were allowed to negotiate new licenses specifically for their project's use, but in this case you're bound by law to the conditions I set forth in this license. There is no negotiation of new licenses because that would be unfair to other users. So, if you disagree with these conditions in any way, you're not allowed to use Lotus at all unless I say otherwise.

This license is subject to change without warning, any and all changes apply to all releases of Lotus.
